However i made an order 4 days ago and they charged $330 dollars to my credit card. I did not recieve a tracking number or confirmation on payment. When i email them about my concern with my card being charged and not receiving confirmation or a tracking number, they respond with the same message: Hi Nosha valued customer Our business is focused on customer service and our customers receiving their orders quickly and reliably. In order for us to be able to do this, we unfortunately will not be able to respond to emails regarding: - Cycles or use in general. Please search our FAQ pages or utilise the vast amount of information available online. - Orders placed less than 14 days ago. You will receive your order in 7-14 days.
