As far as Luxury Islands go Ronde Island In Grenada is my personal favorite. It is also priced affordably at a mere $100 million dollars. This Caribbean paradise has 2000 acres with beautiful lush scenery. You can see 100 feet into the crystal clear water, where there is plenty of sea life. Scuba diving in the caves around the island will find you looking at amazing quartz crystal stalacites. There is also an active submarine volcano called kick em jenny that is four miles away. At one time Ronde Island Grenada was the most expensive island in the world, but has since been bumped from that top spot.

The most expensive private island in the world is Lisbon Island in Portugal. It is worth aprox. 350 million dollars (give or take a few mill).
The island is 3000 acres. It is located right next to Lisbon. Lisbon Island is prime develpment property being that it has not been developed and it is very close to the heavily populated Lisbon. So if you are living a life of luxury and would like your own private island with huge investment potential consider Lisbon Island. Maby you could partner up with a few friends, after all there is plenty of room. After building homes, shopping malls, golf courses, and an airport it could practically be your own country.

I just read Donald Trumps “Think Big” with Bill Zanker – the founder of the learning annex. I got a huge kick out of the story that Bill Zanker told about when he asked Donald Trump to speak to his students at the Learning Annex. Bill calls up Donalds assistant and offers ten grand for Donald to speak for 1 hour. At the time this was a huge sum of cash for Bill to fork over and the most he had ever offered a speaker. The assistant practically laughed in Bills face. Bill keeps upping the amount until it finally reaches 1 million dollars for a hour of Donalds time. The event exceeds everyones expectations and Donald Trump ends up becoming a regular speaker eventually getting one and a half million dollars for each speaking engagement. So think big and you could be living a life of luxury.
