the bodies own hormone testosterone.  Tesosterone increases protein synthesis which leads to muscle growth.

approval by the FDA in 1958.

Dianabol was created specifically so the American olympic athletes could complete with Russian Athletes who had a headstart using anabolic steroids in competion.
